Under Law 25, we collect only the personal information necessary for the purposes determined before collecting it, and we use it with your consent or as permitted by law. The list below sets out those purposes.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

Transfers outside Canada: application processing, email delivery, and analytics
Form data is temporarily processed by our application server infrastructure hosted in the United States before being stored in our Canadian database. This processing is transient and necessary for the operation of the service. In addition, when you submit a form, your email address and the content of the confirmation message are transmitted to our transactional email provider in the United States for delivery. If you accept analytics cookies, technical data about your visit also reaches the tools loaded by Google Tag Manager, which may process it outside Canada. Information processed in another country may be subject to the laws of that country.
More information: If you would like to know more about these transfers and how your information is protected, contact the person in charge of the protection of personal information using the contact details in the "Contact and complaints" section.
