Every request is checked against our capacity, our process, and our quality system before we quote.
If your order needs a secondary process or other fasteners, such as nuts or washers, we coordinate them with approved suppliers and check them under our controls. For you, it's still one supplier.
We work with OEMs in appliances, electrical equipment, HVAC, machinery, construction, and furniture, and with industrial customers in other sectors. Many come back year after year.

Manufacturing
We manufacture to your specifications, with a documented process that is traceable by lot. Inspection is defined in the control plan for each part.
Technical review
Our technical team reviews your requests, validates manufacturing feasibility, and confirms material, finish, and dimensions before we quote.
Lead times and follow-up
Typical lead time is 8 to 10 weeks. For urgent requirements, we can evaluate delivery in 2 to 4 weeks, depending on specification, volume, and available capacity. The quote confirms the lead time. We follow up on your order through delivery.
