Head style, under-head features, drive details, and assembly features, where applicable.
Material and finish review
In the quote request, you choose material and finish families. Specific grades are reviewed based on the drawing, the parts list, or the specification reference. Finishes and coatings are coordinated with approved suppliers and verified under our quality controls.

We schedule deliveries and let you know when to reorder. Volume and lead time are confirmed in each quote.

The quote confirms scope, terms, and lead time. Typical lead time is 8 to 10 weeks. For urgent requirements, we can evaluate delivery in 2 to 4 weeks, depending on specification, volume, and available capacity.

Does sending a request commit me to anything?
No. The review helps us understand the part. Scope, lead time, and terms are confirmed in the quote.
What if my part is outside your usual range?
Send it anyway. We confirm the feasibility of each combination based on the technical information available; if we can't manufacture it, we'll tell you clearly. If your request includes a part we don't manufacture, we can coordinate its supply through approved suppliers and verify it under our quality controls.
Can I buy online or see prices?
No. Each part is quoted based on its specification and quantity; there's no online purchasing and no automatic pricing.
