Visqué operates a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015 by BSI, under certificate No. FM 746330, for the manufacture of industrial metal fasteners and the distribution of fastener hardware.
The system covers raw material receiving and inspection, cold heading and thread rolling, and final inspection before shipment. Secondary processes are coordinated with approved suppliers and verified at receiving under our quality controls: heat treating, coating, painting, thread-locking patch, and packaging.
Each order is documented within Visqué's quality system, with traceability and controls defined by part and process. When the specification or control plan calls for it, parts also go through visual, camera, optical, or roller sorting.
Visqué is a member of the Industrial Fasteners Institute (IFI).

Raw material inspection
We verify incoming carbon steel, stainless steel, and brass, together with their material certificates, before production.

In-process controls
We check dimensions during cold heading and thread rolling, at the frequency set by the control plan.

Lot traceability
Each lot is documented and can be traced in our quality system.

Final inspection and documentation
We check the lot before shipment and provide the documentation agreed on in the quote.
