Furniture, lighting & hardware

Screws for furniture, lighting,
and hardware.

We make every screw to your drawing for assemblies in wood, engineered wood, plastic, or metal. When the part is visible, the finish is verified against your specification.

How we work

When the screw is visible, we also review how it looks.

Our team reviews thread, head, drive, material, and finish against the specification before quoting.

When finish or appearance is part of your requirements, we review it along with dimensions, substrate, and assembly method.

Applications

Furniture and hardware applications

Typical uses in this industry. If your part goes into a different component, tell us which one and what the joint needs to do.

01

Office and commercial furniture

Assemblies in wood, engineered wood, or metal, where the visible head and finish matter.

02

Cabinets and millwork

Joints in engineered wood and solid wood, with dimensions and finish matched to the piece.

03

Commercial lighting

Luminaires, track systems, and suspensions: tight clearances, plus material and finish requirements.

04

Architectural hardware

Door handles, drawer pulls, and other visible hardware, where finish and exposure define the part.

05

Displays and point of sale

Shelving, displays, and point-of-sale fixtures: many part numbers, variable volumes, and a polished appearance.

06

Custom hardware

Parts made to drawing, with their own head, drive, material, coating, and acceptance criteria.

What the industry requires

What furniture manufacturers need.

Substrate, dimensions, visible finish, and assembly method are reviewed for each request.

Visible finish
When the head is visible, the finish is part of the product: a screw that leaves marks or misaligns ends up as a complaint. The finish is defined by your specification, coordinated with approved suppliers, and verified under our controls.
Visible drive
Torx-style 6-lobe, Allen-style hex socket, Phillips, square, or other drives, depending on appearance and the tooling on your line.
Many part numbers, one system
Every part number, not just the highest-volume one, has its own control plan within the same quality system.
Thread for the substrate
Wood, engineered wood, and plastic call for a thread and point that hold without splitting or damaging the material. We review them against your drawing before manufacturing.
