Appliances & commercial refrigeration

Screws for appliances
and commercial refrigeration.

For major appliances and commercial refrigeration, we manufacture to your drawing, with the same process control on every delivery.

How we work

Consistency reviewed for high-volume production.

We review your drawing before manufacturing and produce under a documented, lot-traceable process: every delivery goes through the same controls, and if something goes wrong, we trace the source lot with your quality team.

For major appliance programs, we also review annual volume and delivery frequency.

Applications

Appliance applications

Typical uses in this industry. If your part goes into a different component, tell us which one and what the joint needs to do.

01

Dishwashers

Hinges, slides, pumps, and panels, with different mating materials and tight assembly tolerances.

02

Washing machines

Drum, motor, and cabinet, with documented loads and vibration.

03

Refrigerators

Compressors, hinges, shelves, and cabinets in high-volume production.

04

Commercial refrigeration

Display cases, cabinets, and compressors exposed to moisture, with volume and documentation requirements.

05

Ranges and ovens

Joints exposed to high temperatures, where material and finish are defined in the specification.

06

Small appliances

Blenders, coffee makers, and toasters: compact assemblies with tight clearances and plastic or metal mating parts.

What the industry requires

What appliance manufacturers need.

Dimensional consistency, traceability, volume, and lead time are confirmed for each request.

High-volume consistency
In high-volume production, one out-of-spec part stops the line. We manufacture to your drawing, lot after lot.
Sheet metal and plastic
Many joints go into thin sheet metal or plastic. Thread type and point are reviewed based on the mating material.
Lead time confirmed in the quote
Typical lead time is 8 to 10 weeks. For urgent requirements, we can evaluate delivery in 2 to 4 weeks, depending on specification, volume, and available capacity. The quote confirms the lead time.
Direct follow-up
If your program's volume or dates change, or a problem comes up, our team reviews it with you and confirms what we can commit to.

Credentials

What's behind every order.

A plant in Canada, a certified quality management system, and direct contact with the team that makes your part.

ISO 9001:2015 · BSI certificate FM 746330
Lot traceability
Capacity of up to 90 million parts per month
Manufacturing in Canada since 1982
Direct support in English, French, and Spanish
Cold heading to print
Head, drive, thread, material, and finish to your specification.
Pre-production review
We confirm feasibility and follow up on any missing details before the first part is made.
Finishing and other fasteners
Finishes and coatings to your specification, coordinated and verified under our controls. We can add the nuts, washers, or other fasteners for your assembly to the same order.
Applicable industry standards
IFI, ANSI, ASME, ISO, or DIN, when the specification and the product call for them.
START YOUR REQUEST

Send us your requirements. We'll review them and follow up.

If you have a drawing, a specification, a parts list, a sample part, or a part number, request a quote. If you'd rather discuss it first, talk to our team.
